Returns & Refund Policy – Miriyam Market
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy on selected products. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item is unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging

A valid parcel opening video is provided (mandatory for apparel)
⚠️ No returns or refunds are allowed for Spices and Condiments, due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Important – Parcel Opening Video
A parcel opening video is mandatory for any complaint or return request.
Requests without a clear opening video will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Return Shipping
For approved returns due to damage, defect, or wrong product, we will handle return shipping.
For other approved cases, return instructions will be shared.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We will cover shipping costs for genuine issues.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, please place a new order after the return is completed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for size-related issues. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order. Exchanges are allowed only in genuine cases (damage, defect, wrong item). We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Order Cancellation
- You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order
- If the order has not been processed or shipped, cancellation will be approved
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Special Note on Handcrafted Wooden Products
Our fitness equipment and wooden décor items are made from natural wood.
Therefore:
- Slight variations in grain, color, texture, or finish are normal
- Small weight variations (±10%) may occur
- These are not considered defects
Replacement Policy
Replacement is available for manufacturing defects under normal use
Valid up to 3 months from delivery
Not covered:
- Damage due to misuse, dropping, or improper handling
- Water or moisture damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural changes in wood over time
Usage & Safety (Fitness Equipment)
- Our products are designed for strength training purposes
- Use proper technique and adequate space
Miriyam Market is not responsible for injuries caused due to improper use.
