At Miriyam Market, every product is carefully prepared and packed with attention to quality and safety. As we offer handcrafted wooden products, fitness equipment and natural food products, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the product type.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Mudgars, Persian Meels, Indian Clubs, Gadas : Please allow 2–13 working days for order preparation and dispatch. Every product undergoes careful crafting, finishing, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipping.
- Ghee, Soap, Spices, Collection: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Wooden Crafts, and Decor Collection: Please allow 2-7 working days for the order preparation and dispath as these are carefully hand crafted and hand painted.
Our handcrafted traditional fitness equipments are not factory-made. Each Mudgar, Persian Meel, Indian Club, and Gada is carefully handmade in limited quantities after the order is placed, ensuring premium quality, durability, and traditional craftsmanship.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday,Sunday) or public holidays.
SHIPPING
- Shipping Partners: Orders across India are dispatched through trusted courier services or via India Post, depending on the delivery location and service availability.
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
- Shipping charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
DELIVERY

Delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch
Slight delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature and size
* Food & Wellness Products (Spices, Ghee, Soaps):
Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch

2. Order transit time: After dispatch, the actual delivery time depends on your location, courier partner availability, and regional logistics conditions.
3. Possible Delays: While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Miriyam Market is not liable for delays caused by courier services, postal authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or peak seasonal and festival shipping volumes, as these factors are beyond our control.
4. Delivery Areas & Remote Locations
We try our best to deliver across India. However, since some of our products are heavy handcrafted wooden items, delivery to certain remote areas may occasionally be difficult.
* Non-Serviceable Areas:
If doorstep delivery is unavailable in your location, the courier partner may request you to collect the parcel from the nearest delivery hub or branch office.
* Customer Support:
If this happens, our team will contact you and clearly share all pickup details to make the process smooth and convenient for you.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email, allowing you to track your shipment anytime.

Every order undergoes a careful quality assurance check before dispatch and is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Hygienic, sealed, and freshness-focused packaging to maintain quality
INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Miriyam Market will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Failed delivery due to incorrect details may lead to re-shipping charges.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (including parcel opening video, where applicable) and order details. We will review and provide a suitable resolution.
