Didn’t know that there is a store in Kochi for Mudgars and other traditional workout equipment like Persian Meels. One of my friend told me and went there. They have a good collection of wooden Mudgars in different weights and they also customise it. Good to see these traditional fitness tools available locally in Kerala. Definitely had good experience with Miriyam Market.

It's a good soap, I bought it and started using it.. It smells good.

I purchased and have been using this ghee. I am convinced that it is pure and free from any adulteration. Since it comes from cows that are fed with natural green grass and other natural feed, I could clearly experience the rich aroma and authentic taste of real ghee.

I am new to Mudgar training and i had bought my first Mudgar from Miriyam Market. The technique as i understand is unique and they rather helped me understand better as to the weight that would be suitable for a beginner like me and literally guided me choosing the right one. Started with daily sessions with one now and expecting to gear up with more 👍
Kochi
It is a very very good soap. I bought it and I can buy it with 100% confidence. I used to use Pears soap. After buying this, I am using this only now. It has a nice Ayurvedic smell. 100% very good soap
