Our A2 Bilona Ghee is made from pure A2 cow milk using the traditional Bilona method. Prepared in earthen pots, it carries a naturally rich aroma and taste. Our free-grazing cows, feeding only on natural grass and a mix of ten sacred flowers and nine grains of Kerala, live stress-free close to nature. The milk is curdled, and the curd is churned using a kadakol (wooden churner) before sunrise. From 10 litres of butter, only 4.2 liters of the finest ghee is clarified, making it a rare, long-lasting, and improves with age.
